All Amigos Business Meeting

In accordance with the Amigos By-Laws, Article VI Section 3, The Annual Membership
Meeting will be held in January. The Amigos Annual Membership Meeting is
scheduled on Thursday January 29, 2026 at 10:00 MST via Zoom.

The intent of the All-Amigos Annual Membership Meeting is the election of Amigos
Board members and an update on the Amigos organization. Please refer to Article VII of
the By-Laws.

If you are interested in becoming a Board member, the job descriptions can be found on
the Amigos website under: About US - Board of Directors. Amigos Board Members Job
Descriptions (swfsamigos.org). To date the nominating committee has nominated Pat
Jackson for Membership Chair. We will accept additional nominations now or during the
meeting. We are still interested in filling the vacant Vice-President, Secretary, and
Newsletter Editor positions. If you are interested in being nominated, please contact
Emily Irwin, Amigos President or you can nominate yourself during our Membership
meeting.

The draft agenda for the 2026 meeting includes: elections, fiscal and Amigo updates,
National Forest Service History Museum and the National Association of Forest Service
Retirees briefings, and questions/answer segment.

An email will be sent the second week of January with the Zoom meeting link. If we don’t
have your current email or you don’t get the email, you can send an email to
